Specialist, Engineering, Mechanical Engineer

Base Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 (Depending on experience) + Package

My client are a global leading manufacturer for Cooling Solutions. For more than a 80 years, they have provided exceptional quality equipment and service to the power generation and industrial plants in Biomass & Waste-To-Energy, gas, industry and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead technical developer for ACC
  360 projects, ensuring on-time execution and delivery.
• Prepare and verify ACC
  360 reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Develop performance optimization strategies, including mechanical enhancements, control logic modifications, and cleaning improvements.
• Create proposals and ROI analyses to present findings and recommended solutions to plant managers, operators, and engineers—either onsite or remotely.
• Partner with the sales team to turn identified opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in thermal systems, power generation, or industrial service environments.
• Solid understanding of performance analytics and thermal systems, preferably within air-cooled condenser (ACC) applications.
• Experience in aftermarket services, technical sales, or project execution is an advantage.
