• Lead and supervise mechanical team and daily maintenance tasks and project assignments.
• Implement creative solutions to reduce the cost of materials, components, and labor.
• Ability to modify and fabricate parts.
• Create and update technical documents.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Promote safe behavior within the maintenance department.
• Effectively manage the training and development of skills, knowledge and abilities within the technical group of the maintenance department.
• Assist with evaluating project or process requests for maintenance and facility matters.
• Interact with various internal and external customers to refer/resolve problems associated with assigned work activities.
• Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Perform administrative and record keeping functions but not limited to keys, equipment, and supplies.
• Collect and compile data; evaluate project or process requests; develop ad-hoc queries as requested by production team or management.

• Technical degreed preferred or related field / experience (mininum HS Dipolma)
• Proficiency in CAD, Solid Works, and AutoCAD
• Experience in creating 2D and 3D models.
• +5 years of related experience
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical principles
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with upper management and team members.
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a wide range of professionals.
