Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
$180k – $300k, Hybrid / Flex, Bonus (+ / - 30%), Full benefits, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, etc.
THE CLIENTThis particular client is a mid-large sized (2500 people, 25 offices in 15 states) firm that works on energy infrastructure and solutions.
OVERVIEWThe ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial hospitals and/or college campuses or similar building systems.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE- Oversee design, modification, and improvement of engineering projects and services.
- Delegate and empower engineering directors and project managers—business plans, financial analytics, and client communication.
- Control budget, coordinate project/process changes to improve cost/benefit ratio.
- Review engineering designs.
- BSME, BSEE, BSAE, BSCM, or similar.
- 7+ years of engineering leadership.
- PE.
