Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our expanding team. As a global service provider with strong capabilities in engineering, design, and construction, we deliver highly customized solutions for smart manufacturing and equipment manufacturing. Our work spans multiple industries-including Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Distribution, Commercial, and Advanced Technology-allowing us to support some of the world's most advanced organizations.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate all project activities across subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, customers, design teams, and engineering groups.

* Monitor project financials, manage subcontract and contract administration, and prepare routine cost reports.

* Develop, maintain, and track project schedules to ensure alignment with planned milestones and deliverables.

* Procure materials and equipment, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and full specification compliance.

* Negotiate subcontractor and vendor contracts with clearly defined scopes and responsibilities.

* Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices and payment applications.

* Issue, track, and manage change orders, securing timely pricing and documentation.

* Collaborate with design and engineering leadership to ensure projects meet technical standards and customer expectations.

* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including red files, progress reports, schedules, billings, and status updates.

* Provide verbal and written updates to internal leadership on project status and key developments.

* Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and scope alignment.

* Support estimating and proposal development for upcoming project opportunities.

* Uphold and enforce jobsite safety and quality programs to meet company and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

* 10-15 years of construction management experience.

* 7-10 years managing large industrial construction projects.

* Demonstrated experience serving as the lead Project Manager on complex construction initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
