Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Engineering
Location: Chandler, AZ
Type: Contract
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Design and validate manufacturing processes being transferred to a new location
• Specify precise product functional requirements
• Design, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and fixtures
• Evaluate the processes' overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety
• Develop and execute process validation plans
• Create and review material part specifications and bills of materials
• Collaborate with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize designs for manufacturability
• Utilize CAD or CAE systems to review and modify existing engineering drawings
• Own a product line end-to-end, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Support transfer and validation activities, working independently with minimal supervision
• Travel approximately 25% to Florida; flexibility required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in process design, validation, and manufacturing equipment
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAE systems
• Ability to work independently, applying professional judgment and expertise
• Flexibility to travel (~25%) for project transfers and validations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
