Our client, a global leader in power generation and energy technology
, is seeking a Materials Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Materials Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Materials Engineering Department supporting Materials Engineering and Testing Teams

Pay Range:

Competitive – Based on experience

• Provide hands-on support for laboratory testing and evaluation of materials and components used in rotating electrical generators.

• Prepare test samples using manual techniques and hand tools in an industrial laboratory setting.

• Operate various laboratory testing equipment following established testing protocols.

• Record, analyze, and communicate test results, observations, and findings to the Materials Engineering team.

• Collaborate with engineering staff to support ongoing materials and component development projects.

• Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering Technology (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials), Chemistry, Applied Physics, or a closely related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or laboratory environment (preferred).

• Strong proficiency in hand skills, hand tools, and laboratory equipment operation.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a laboratory team.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Opportunity to work with advanced power generation and electrical generator technologies.

• Hands-on experience in a professional industrial laboratory environment.
