We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about construction and industrial engineering and is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with our Project Manager and other team members to ensure the successful execution of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute industrial construction projects.
2. Conduct field work, including site inspections and surveys, to gather necessary data for project planning and execution.
3. Prepare, review, and update project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
5. Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure the safety of all project personnel and compliance with industry regulations.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
7. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
8. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.
9. Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
10. Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial construction.
3. Demonstrated experience in field work, including site inspections and surveys.
4. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
5. Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
6. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
