Revit Modeler – Charlotte, NC
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Revit Modeler to join our team and support the development of high-quality construction and design documentation. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and timely project deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and update Revit models for construction and design projects.
- Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design standards.
- Ensure models comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
- Support project teams throughout design and construction phases.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance related to Revit modeling.
- Strong Revit expertise and experience producing detailed models and drawings.
- Experience with low voltage systems is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to complete work assignments.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected base salary range for this role is $73‑82K USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
