Revit Modeler – Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Revit Modeler to join our team and support the development of high-quality construction and design documentation. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and timely project deliverables.

• Develop, maintain, and update Revit models for construction and design projects.
• Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design standards.
• Ensure models comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
• Support project teams throughout design and construction phases.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Revit modeling.

• Strong Revit expertise and experience producing detailed models and drawings.
• Experience with low voltage systems is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to complete work assignments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a valid driver’s license.

Charlotte, NC

The expected base salary range for this role is $73‑82K USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
