Industrial Construction Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Industrial Construction Project Manager to join our expanding team. As a global service provider offering comprehensive engineering, design, and construction capabilities, we deliver customized solutions for smart manufacturing and equipment manufacturing environments. Our projects span a wide range of industries—including Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Distribution, Commercial, and Advanced Technology—supporting some of the world’s most advanced organizations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all project activities across subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, clients, design teams, and engineering groups.
  • Monitor project financials, manage subcontract and contract administration, and prepare routine cost and budget reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to align with milestones and deliverables.
  • Procure materials and equipment, ensuring competitive pricing, high quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements with clearly defined scopes and expectations.
  • Review and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices and payment applications.
  • Issue, track, and manage change orders, ensuring timely pricing, documentation, and approval.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering leadership to ensure technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including red files, schedules, reports, billings, and status updates.
  • Provide clear verbal and written updates to internal leadership on progress and critical issues.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project scope.
  • Contribute to estimating efforts and proposal development for upcoming opportunities.
  • Uphold jobsite safety and quality programs in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 10–15 years of experience in construction management.
  • 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Proven success as the lead Project Manager on complex construction initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Energetic, self‑driven, collaborative professional committed to continuous learning and growth.
