Project Controls Project Scheduler

Location:

Charlotte, NC 28202
Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour on W2 (no corp-to-corp)

Full time, hybrid, 3-days/week in office

• Senior Project Scheduler with hands‑on experience using Primavera P6
• Expert level of the Project Controls classification hierarchy
• Lead the development of reporting systems for project controls assignments
• Perform complex scheduling, change documentation, and cost control, reporting up to program or portfolio level
• Train and teach other members of the PC organization with minimal oversight
• Work independently with advanced Primavera P6 skills
• Handle high volume White projects (classified $100M–$500M+ in complexity)
• Lead schedule review meetings and collaborate with the project team to build and update the project schedule

• Graduation from a four‑year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of project controls scheduling experience using Primavera P6, or 11 years in lieu of a degree
• Expert in project controls principles
• Mastery of project management and project controls concepts, computer applications, analytics, employee development, strong collaboration, and oversight
