Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) Office/Project Manager position available requires 10+ years minimum experience:
Drafting utilizing Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, robots, GPS/RTK. Must have a thorough knowledge of the following:
Record mapping, asbuilts, topographic surveys, subdivisions, creating 3D surface models, preparing data for earth work quantities, construction stakeout calculations etc. Immediate employment, 90 day review. 4-½ Day Workweek, Vacation & Insurance Benefits Vacation, Holiday, Benefit Package Compensation base upon Experience

We are seeking a Survey Party Chief. In this role, the individual should have the skills to manage field surveying work such as ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, horizontal/vertical control, utility asbuilts and GPS. The individual we are seeking is an energetic, adaptable and solution-oriented person who possesses at least 5 years of field survey experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Party Chief.

This person will be able to follow instructions but also be able to think independently. Candidates must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques, conventional field notes and sketches, total stations, robots. Candidates must be familiar using data collection using TDS, Carlson Survey
