What You'll Do Here:

The Construction Manager - Steam Generator Replacement (SGR) supports the planning and execution of steam generator replacement projects across the U.S. nuclear market. This role is part of Aecon's Steam Generator Team (SGT) and works closely with SGT leadership to deliver construction scope in support of EPC‑level SGR projects.

The Construction Manager provides construction leadership from early planning through field execution, ensuring construction strategies, work packaging, sequencing, resource planning, and execution readiness align with outage constraints, nuclear quality requirements, and SGT's overall delivery strategy. During execution, the role provides direct field leadership to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.

Construction Planning & Readiness

* Participate in early‑phase planning activities for U.S. steam generator replacement projects, including constructability reviews, execution strategy development, and work packaging.

* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and SGT leadership to ensure construction requirements are fully integrated into project plans.

* Support development of construction schedules, manpower plans, logistics strategies, and outage execution plans.

* Review engineering deliverables for constructability and execution readiness, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
