What You’ll Do- Operate Bolt6 products at volleyball events both in-person, on-site, and remotely from our Charlotte office.
- Operate our video challenge system at live volleyball events, working quickly in a high‑pressure environment.
- Coordinate with broadcast, sending out summary statistics and graphics to live TV.
- Install hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling.
- Be involved in the organization and delivery of large‑scale volleyball projects.
- Extensive knowledge of volleyball rules and gameplay.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
- Self‑starter with initiative and the ability to pick up and develop projects independently.
- Ability to work quickly and make effective decisions.
- Intellectually curious and has the drive to ask the right questions in order to get to the bottom of complex issues.
- Individuals who are able to be flexible/are flexible in working arrangements.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining organized.
- A love of sport!
- Experience in networking, Kubernetes and/or software engineering.
- A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subject.
- $55,000-$65,000 base salary depending on experience

In this role, expect to be working on-site at volleyball events throughout the US, and occasionally around the world. When not on-site, the role is based in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
