What is the Opportunity?

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer serves as a key leader in maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for the development, control, revision, and governance of quality procedures, process documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer expectations. Additionally, the role provides guidance regarding compliance with applicable nuclear regulatory requirements, including ASME Section III, and may interact with the AIA, Code committees and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate excels in QMS oversight, procedure management, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration within highly regulated environments.

Citizenship Requirement:

This position requires access to nuclear facilities and information governed by U.S. federal regulations. As a result, applicants must be U.S. citizens to meet eligibility and security clearance requirements.

What You'll Do Here:

* Maintain, oversee, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System to ensure alignment with applicable regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., NQA‑1, ASME III, ISO 9001, 10 CFR requirements).

* Develops, evaluates, and maintains the quality assurance program processes including instructions, procedures, process documents, and requirement/guidance documents for implementation of the quality assurance program.

* Conduct QMS gap analyses, due diligence reviews, and integration planning during organizational changes, mergers, or acquisitions.
