** About This Role*
* Seasoned Product Management professional, developing research and analytics to support and contribute to the development of marketing strategies. Responsible for identifying opportunities of improvement to enhance Product Management performance.

** Job Description*
* + Plans, prioritizes, and manages solutions for field sales teams primarily focusing on air-cooled chillers.

+ Product manage large, visible projects from quote through to manufacturing completion

+ Creates training material and presents to sales force and customers in large capacity events

+ Manage and test the electronic catalog software for the sales force

+ Synthesizes analyses of data, uses the results to provide training and communications to the field

+ Performs competitive analysis for products of responsibility; communicates product competitive strategies appropriately to the field

+ Updates literature and marketing materials

+ Support pre-sale customer visits to the Carrier factories including meeting with customers and making presentations

+ Become an active member in ASHRAE and/or AHRI

+ Interprets specifications and discuss with sales personnel, vendors and Carrier engineering

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's Degree

+ 3+ years experience in Technical Sales, Product Management or Product Marketing

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelors Degree in an  Engineering Discipline

+

Experience with one or more of the following applications is preferred; chilled water units, air side equipment, commercial heat pumps

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

+ Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills

+ HVAC industry experience, preferred

+ Other preferred industries are as follows:  Compressed Air, Turbo Machinery, Industrial Machinery, Technical System Application Support

+ Have an ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

+ Have a combination of excellent technical skills, be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers

+ Have a personality defined by positivity, responsibility, integrity, accountability, and respect culminating in a strong work ethic

** Pay Range*
* The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

** Other Compensation*
* This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
