As Product Manager for HL-class products, you operate at the intersection of market, technology, and product development. You translate customer needs and market trends into a clear portfolio strategy, align with global teams in an agile environment, and steer R&D programs from concept to commercialization. Collaborating across engineering, sales, and strategy, you ensure competitiveness of the 9HL product line throughout its lifecycle.
HowYou’ll Make An Impact
- Drive product competitiveness by translating market and customer insights into strategy
- Define and deliver R&D programs, including business cases and budget management
- Own the full product lifecycle from vision to validation and customer performance
- Lead cross‑functional alignment across engineering, sales and strategy
- Ensure clear stakeholder communication internally and externally
- Promote agile ways of working to accelerate delivery and remove obstacles
- Degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, or related technical field
- Strong experience in gas turbine or energy sector (product, business, or development)
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes and interfaces
- Experience managing complex, cross‑functional or agile projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel (~10–15%)
Our Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low‑emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
