A Fortune 100 financial services company is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer specializing in VMware to support large-scale enterprise infrastructure across Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ (hybrid).

Required Skills & Experience4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
3–5 years of VMware experience
Strong knowledge of VMware fundamentals and related technologies
Experience supporting Dell Power Flex
Experience troubleshooting and supporting physical server hardware
Ability to lead break-fix, restoration, and root-cause analysis efforts
3–5 years of Dell and HP server hardware support
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Nutanix AHV/AOS support experience
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude
60% VMware (vRealize, vRA, vROPs)
20% Physical Server Hardware (Dell, HP)
