This is a full-time on-site role located in Charlotte, NC, for a Senior Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager and Estimator. In this role, you will manage and oversee mechanical and plumbing projects, create detailed project estimates, track budgets, ensure project schedules are met, and lead project teams. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, resolving project issues, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

• Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing mechanical and plumbing projects
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills specific to mechanical and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
• Proficient in utilizing project management and estimating software tools
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems is essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED accreditation are advantageous
