Senior Mechanical Engineer PE – (Healthcare Projects) – Hybrid
Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 per year

We deliver architectural lighting and mechanical systems design, building commissioning, technology systems design, life support systems engineering, and fire protection engineering for diverse markets.
Qualifications- PE License preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited college or university
- 8–10+ years of experience at an MEP or engineering consulting firm designing HVAC systems on complex projects
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Proven project experience in commercial and healthcare projects
- Experience coordinating HVAC design requirements with architecture, structure, and other disciplines
- Strong in preparing engineering design calculations, system layouts, detailed reports and narratives
- Direct client contact experience and ability to foster relationships
- Support business development initiatives and assist in RFP and interview processes
- Active engagement in community and/or industry organizations
- Experience and interest in sustainable building design
- LEED AP or LEED GA certification with experience in LEED or other green rating systems
- Appreciation and understanding of architectural design and how architects work, think
- Lead mechanical design efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high‑quality solutions for complex building systems
- Develop HVAC designs from concept through construction completion
- Coordinate HVAC design requirements with architecture, structure, and other disciplines
- Prepare engineering calculations, mechanical system layouts, and detailed engineering reports and narratives
