Project Estimating, Cost, And Governance

This role is a 9 to 12-month assignment related to project estimating, cost, and governance in the company's Real Estate Portfolio. Projects would include facilities such as operations centers, office facilities, corporate headquarters, and other commercial/light industrial construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing cost and schedule estimates for (but not limited to) the types of projects listed above, including gathering estimate input from stakeholders.
• Assisting with governance and oversight of cost and schedule for most of the real estate portfolio
• Review of existing project status as provided by the company and its vendors
• Monitoring compliance with Administrative Services requirements and Enterprise Policy and Standards
• Providing analysis of project cost and schedule performance
• Assisting with forecasting project cost and schedule impacts
• Mentoring less experienced project controls staff

Required Experience:

• Various estimating techniques, for both cost and schedule
• Establishing estimate basis information
• Scheduling and time management software (i.e.)
