• Design Leadership:
  Architect and oversee comprehensive electrical systems for high-stakes projects in the healthcare, institutional, and science/tech sectors.
• Strategic Mentorship:

• Licensure:
  Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Experience:
  
  8–10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience within a consulting environment.
• Sector Expertise:
  Proven track record in the design of healthcare, institutional, lab, or large-scale multifamily facilities.
• Software Proficiency:
  Advanced command of Revit and BIM-integrated design tools.

• Multi-State Licensure:
  Ability or willingness to obtain NCEES record for licensure in additional states.
• Advanced Systems Knowledge:
  Specific experience with complex emergency power systems, lighting controls, and low-voltage integration in clinical settings.
• Entrepreneurial Drive:
  Previous experience in project pursuit, fee estimation, or department-level resource management.
