- Lead construction administration activities from project kickoff through closeout.
- Ensure projects are executed in alignment with contract documents, specifications, and design intent.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Participate in construction meetings to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and construction correspondence.
- Maintain detailed logs and ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and verify compliance.
- Document field conditions and proactively address issues before they impact schedule or cost.
- Review contractor pay applications to verify work completed and materials in place.
- Support project teams by providing timely clarifications and coordinating design responses.
- Utilize tools like Newforma and Bluebeam to streamline communication and documentation.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience as a Construction Administrator within an architecture or engineering firm
- Degree or certification in construction management, architecture, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and sequencing
- Working knowledge of AIA contract documents and specifications
- Ability to perform site observations and document findings clearly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills across clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- CCCA certification
- Experience with Newforma and/or Bluebeam
- Background in healthcare, senior living, higher education, or multi-family projects
- Exposure to multidisciplinary teams within architecture/engineering firms

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Competitive Salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision
