We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in Water/Wastewater Treatment for an exciting permanent role based in vibrant Charlotte, North Carolina. This is your chance to play a pivotal part within this sector while showcasing your project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead planning and design efforts for large-diameter water distribution and wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
- Manage multi-million-dollar projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate and mentor project teams, including junior engineers and technical specialists.
- Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities, including alternative delivery methods.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Prepare technical reports, design documents, and regulatory submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed based on project demands.
