Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) Office/Project Manager

Position available requires 10+ years minimum experience. Drafting utilizing Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, robots, GPS/RTK. Must have a thorough knowledge of record mapping, asbuilts, topographic surveys, subdivisions, creating 3D surface models, preparing data for earth work quantities, construction stakeout calculations, etc. Immediate employment, 90 day review. 4‑½ Day Workweek, Vacation & Insurance Benefits:

We are seeking a Survey Party Chief. The individual should have the skills to manage field surveying work such as ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, horizontal/vertical control, utility asbuilts and GPS. The individual should possess at least 5 years of field survey experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Party Chief. This person will follow instructions and think independently.

Candidates must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques, conventional field notes and sketches, total stations, robots. Candidates must be familiar using data collection using TDS, Carlson SurveyCE (Field to Finish). 4‑½ Day Workweek, Vacation & Insurance Benefits. Based Upon Experience.

We are seeking an experienced instrument person. The individual should have skills in the field surveying work such as ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, horizontal/vertical control, utility asbuilts and GPS. The individual should possess at least 1‑3 years of field survey experience and at least 1 year of experience as an Instrument Person. Candidates must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques using total stations, robots.
