We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as an Office/Project Manager
. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a strong technical background in land surveying.
- Licensed P.L.S. (Preference for NC & SC licensure)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry
- Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, GPS/RTK, and robotic surveying
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Record mapping and as-builts
- Topographic surveys and subdivisions
- Creating 3D surface models
- Preparing data for earthwork quantities
- Construction stakeout calculations
