• Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical piping systems across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, VDC (BIM) designers, schedulers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review project plans, perform material take-offs, and manage bids and proposals.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and work closely with Senior Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.

• 5+ Years of HVAC/Piping Estimating
  
  Experience:
  
  A strong background in mechanical piping estimation and project management.
• Diverse Project
  
  Experience:
  
  Hands-on experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects.
• Estimation
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven ability to prepare precise cost estimates, review specifications, and manage bids effectively.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Up-to-date understanding of industry trends, energy codes, and local building regulations.
• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
• Communication and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure project success.
