Electrical Engineer

Sr Electrical Design Engineer PE (Multi‑Family)

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

• Design and project management of commercial projects.
• 6+ years of electrical systems design experience (commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial projects).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited college or university.
• P.E. license required.
• Proven experience designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
• Systems knowledge in AC power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm and other building support systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Develop electrical designs from concept through construction completion.
• Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and narratives.
• Coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines.
• Project management experience is a plus.
