What You'll DoLead Complex Projects
+ Drive the full lifecycle of large, multidisciplinary architectural projects-from early vision through delivery.
+ Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring excellence in quality, schedule, and budget.
Build Strong Client Relationships
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients.
+ Participate in client engagement, marketing efforts, and contract discussions.
+ Lead design conversations that shape innovative, practical solutions.
Guide and Inspire Teams
+ Direct and mentor diverse project teams, providing clear guidance and support.
+ Foster collaboration across disciplines to drive successful outcomes.
+ Support the growth of less-experienced project managers.

+ Manage project finances with confidence-tracking performance, identifying risks, and maintaining profitability.

What You Bring Core Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture
+ Licensed Architect (required)
+ ~10+ years of architecture experience, including 5+ years leading projects
+ Proven success managing complex, large-scale projects and teams
+ Strong financial, organizational, and leadership skills
+ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Technical Expertise
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
+ Ability to lead design and production discussions with multidisciplinary teams
+ Experience balancing multiple deadlines and priorities
Preferred
+ Federal project experience
+ LEED or sustainability-focused design experience
+ PMP certification
+ Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
+ Familiarity with innovative and resilient design strategies

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $64.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
