Stormwater; Senior Project Manager

An established, employee-owned engineering consultancy is seeking a Stormwater (Senior) Project Manager to join its growing Water Resources team in North Carolina. With a strong regional presence and a collaborative, people‑first culture, the firm delivers impactful solutions across stormwater management, drainage, and watershed planning.

• Leading stormwater and water resources projects including stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation
• Managing project delivery from planning through execution
• Overseeing and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the stormwater team
• Taking ownership of existing client relationships and project portfolios

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil preferred)
• Active PE licensure in North Carolina
• Proficiency in modelling tools such as HEC‑RAS, SWMM, or similar software is preferred
• Stormwater Project Manager – minimum of 7 years of experience in stormwater or water resources engineering
• Stormwater Senior Project Manager – minimum of 12 years of experience in stormwater or water resources engineering
