About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a growing engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project leadership experience, and the ability to engage directly with clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
- Manage project teams, schedules, and deliverables
- Serve as a primary client interface and ensure project success
- Provide technical leadership and maintain engineering excellence
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable)
- 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
- Strong expertise in electrical engineering design and systems
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
