• Collaboration and mentoring across complex technical projects.
• Contribute to sales and business development efforts.
• Lead or assist in civil, landfill, and site layout design.
• Perform geotechnical analyses including slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, seismic, and seepage.
• Inspect, evaluate, and design dams.
• Conduct geotechnical and environmental site characterization.
• Develop and manage instrumentation monitoring systems.
• Support proposal preparation and project/task management.
• Oversee construction quality assurance.
• Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and permit applications.
• Conduct fieldwork related to design and construction.
• Travel to client or project sites as necessary.

• At least 7 years (8+ preferred) of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with geotechnical engineering software (e.g., seepage, slope stability).
• Knowledge of numerical modeling tools (preferred).
• Design and construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments meeting deadlines and traveling.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Field work and overnight travel may be required.
• Current OSHA 40‑hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers (preferred).
• Health & safety training and background testing may be required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, water resources, or geotechnical engineering (required).
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional registration (P.E., P.G.) preferred.
