You will develop program timelines, create BOMs, and support cross-functional teams to deliver complex VOIP projects.
You will architect and troubleshoot SIP/H.323 signaling, manage QoS, and coordinate with Avaya/Cisco/Genesys integrations while communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.
