Trinity Partners in Charlotte is seeking a Building Engineer II to join our team. You will oversee building systems, respond to emergencies, and work closely with the Property Manager and vendors to maintain high service standards.
Ideal candidates have at least two years in commercial building maintenance, a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and strong customer service. A valid driver's license is required and we offer disability coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k).
