RS&H, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern (Roadways) for Fall 2026 in Charlotte, NC.
You will work with the Charlotte Roadway Design Group on conventional and design-build projects, gaining hands-on experience in transportation design and technical standards. You will be mentored by senior engineers, perform routine calculations, collect data, and support project management while developing expertise in roadway concepts and software tools such as AutoCAD and Micro Station.
