As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable packaging by developing innovative polymer and material technologies that drive business growth. You'll partner with R&D and business leaders to identify technology opportunities, lead product development from concept through commercialization, and collaborate with global teams to bring new solutions to market. Responsibilities

Lead the development and commercialization of new polymer and material technologies that support innovation pipelines. Identify technology gaps and execute strategies to advance new material capabilities. Manage product development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with R&D priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with business divisions, manufacturing, and technical teams to achieve project objectives. Evaluate emerging materials and additive technologies for technical and commercial viability.

Monitor industry trends and competitive technologies while building relationships with academic and industry partners. Lead technical projects by coordinating resources, managing priorities, and delivering impactful business results. Support manufacturing facilities and customer sites through technical expertise and occasional travel.
