Technical Engineering Function (TEF) Winter Intern

We are seeking a motivated TEF Intern to support ongoing Technical Engineering Function (TEF) projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes. Key responsibilities include supporting TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas, generating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, assisting with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, providing day-to-day project support to individual TEF team members, and collecting, organizing, and analyzing technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications include currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or related field), engineering technology or similar technical discipline, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and a detail-oriented structured approach to tasks. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions, experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment, interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations, and exposure to SAP or similar systems.
