Process Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is a plant-floor role for someone who wants to be out on the floor regularly, evaluating equipment, troubleshooting processes, and driving efficiency across production. The ideal candidate brings a strong chemical process background and thrives on solving real problems where the work happens, not from behind a desk.

• Serve as a hands-on presence on the plant floor, regularly evaluating equipment and working directly on process-related projects.
• Partner with the scale-up team on new product launches to ensure equipment and processes run efficiently as products move to the production floor.
• Support and continuously improve the wastewater treatment unit, analyzing and optimizing the processes involved.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reliability, and throughput across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional engineering team (project management, reliability, and process engineering) to support broader plant initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement effective, lasting solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Chemical process experience is required (chemical manufacturing or a closely related process industry).
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in a plant setting, evaluating equipment and improving processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.

• Experience supporting scale-up and new product introductions on a production floor.
• Exposure to wastewater treatment processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary engineering team.
