Our client, a highly reputable local Mechanical Company, is actively seeking a skilled Mechanical BAS/HVAC Controls Estimator/Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales. The company is well-established in the area, boasting numerous ongoing projects and maintaining strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage sales projects focused on BAS and HVAC controls.
• Utilize a strong skillset in mechanical understanding, installation, and expertise in BAS and HVAC controls.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate project implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
• Enforce safety standards to the highest levels.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC products, building automation systems, and mechanical systems.
• Certifications in Tridium and Niagara.
• Experience with Allerton and Distech Controls.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.
• Analytical and logical thinking with precision in detailed work.
• Stable background/work history.
