Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical engineering design (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) through every phase of a project
- Develop efficient, reliable systems that meet client goals for performance, aesthetics, and budget
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to present solutions and resolve challenges
- Conduct system evaluations, produce technical reports, and provide expert guidance to colleagues
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and helping them grow professionally
- Support project financial goals through fee submissions and tracking
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited)
- 5+ years of experience in building engineering
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection codes
- Strong communicator, comfortable working with clients and teams
- Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
- Experience designing for healthcare or higher education projects
- Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods
