Your

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Piping Estimator, you will:

• Estimate mechanical piping costs for a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Work closely with project teams, including engineers, VDC (BIM) designers, schedulers, foremen, customers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review plans, perform material take-offs, and prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical piping systems.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with Senior Project Managers.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management
  
  Experience:
  
  Strong background in mechanical piping estimation and project management.
• Diverse Project Portfolio:
  Experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional mechanical/piping/HVAC projects.
• Estimation Expertise:
  Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, review specifications, and manage bids and proposals.
• Industry Awareness:
  Knowledge of current industry trends and standards to remain competitive.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Effective Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with teams and clients.
• Code and Specification Knowledge:
  Familiarity with energy codes, project specifications, and local building codes.
• Organizational
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records of completed estimates.
