• Develop and manage program schedules and tasks from an engineering perspective in collaboration with the program management office.
• Create ROM/SOW quotes for equipment placement, licensing, and project support documentation including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and cost estimates.
• Support business-initiated projects by providing technical expertise and project management guidance.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding program status, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide complex local software and hardware support for Session Border Controllers, Security Services, E911, SIP, and related integrations with products such as Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys.

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on carrier-level session border controllers and SIP trunking.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, ISDN, H.323, H248, MGCP, codecs, and QoS configurations.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networking, switches, routers, and troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting system architecture, call flows, and implementation of telecommunications solutions.
• BA or BS degree in Telecommunications, Data Communications, or Computer Science.
