Directly influence product launches, manufacturing capability, quality, cost, and production performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required;
Master’s preferred. - 7+ years of engineering experience, preferably in medical devices.
- Experience with medical device manufacturing, product/process transfer, and design transfer.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and process development.
- Experience with process validation, process capability, GR&R, and statistical analysis.
- FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485 experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring engineers.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Experience with automation, ERP systems, and Solid Works preferred. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and hands‑on manufacturing skills
