Role Description

We are seeking Seasonal Employees to join our team at Carowinds in Charlotte, NC. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will assist in maintaining the vibrant and welcoming guest experience that Carowinds is known for. Responsibilities may include customer service, operating rides, handling guest inquiries, maintaining park cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Seasonal Employees play an integral role in delivering high‑quality, seamless experiences for our visitors, working collaboratively as part of our dynamic team environment.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, showcasing problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and ability to handle various tasks such as operating rides, assisting guests, or maintaining safety standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
  • Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for all guests.
