LIVE
· TEAM is searching for a creative, organized, and experienced Senior Coordinator, Account Operations to join our team of event professionals. This role will support the delivery of best-in-class experiences for our regional grocery store client.

The Senior Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and inventory of client assets and premiums. This includes receiving and shipping materials, making deliveries and pickups, supporting event scheduling, and preparing, pulling, and loading assets for events. This role will also assist with event planning and production and attend events alongside the brand team and client.

The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of each project and help ensure activations are executed efficiently while providing thoughtful recommendations, solutions, and feedback to internal teams, vendors, and client.

This position will require up to 25% travel.

What You’ll Do:

Work with the brand team to support client activations from concept development through onsite execution

Participate in client and internal meetings to understand each project’s objectives, scope, deliverables, and support technical, operational, creative, and logistical requirements

Coordinate with the Creative team on all incoming event delivery and vendor installation needs

Assist in determining staffing needs for upcoming events

Create lists, schedules and layouts for internal needs for projects

Prepare activation materials and partner with the Logistics and Operations teams to prep for transportation

Support Project Managers and the internal Creative team with event renderings and fabrication and signage needs, including providing measurements and build specifications, and other necessary information

Ensure Flex orders are created and partner with the internal Technical team to provide audio, video, lighting, and other technical needs for each event

Support the management of asset inventory by tracking assets and reporting repair needs, shortages, damage, and other issues

Maintain and organize client storage areas, including warehouse bays and storage trailers, while ensuring inventory records remain accurate

Help maintain client transportation vehicles, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in working order

Assist with the shipping and receiving of client premiums, event materials, and other items as needed

Travel as needed to collect items from the client’s corporate headquarters

Assist with loading and unloading assigned event vehicles

Support the operational management of assigned events and tours

On-Site Event Management Provide on-site management support for assigned events

Direct and delegate responsibilities to on-site staff to support the successful execution of event activations

Assist with the setup and teardown of event activations

Help oversee event staff during loading and unloading to ensure safe loading procedures

Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required2+ years of event production or event management required

General knowledge of AVL production equipment, with the ability to understand and communicate basic technical production with internal team and clients

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

Strong communication, critical and creative thinking, and relationship management skills

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, project managers, and internal teams

Excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of project management principles including project planning, monitoring, and execution

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds with assistance

Experience with Flex is a plusTHE
