Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, event organization, and day-to-day event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating details, and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Help organize event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and help create a positive event experience.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide helpful information.
• Assist with promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Support lead generation and customer follow‑up activities.
• Communicate event needs and customer feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure event activities run smoothly.
• Assist with post‑event organization and material inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, organized, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an active environment.

• Previous event, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
