About the Position

Merixcen is seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant - Entry Level to join our Charlotte team. This position supports company activities and professional events by helping with preparation, organization, guest assistance, and day-of-event activities.

• Assist with preparing for company and client events
• Help organize event materials and supplies
• Support event setup and breakdown activities
• Provide general information and assistance to attendees
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
• Follow event schedules and established procedures
• Assist team members with assigned event responsibilities
• Help ensure activities remain organized and on schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
