The Role at a Glance
The Associate Director, Portfolio Analytics and Reporting of Commercial Mortgage Loans will support ongoing development of a commercial mortgage loan (CML) portfolio analytics and reporting framework for Lincoln Financial's $18B CML portfolio.
The ideal candidate will develop Microsoft Power
BI dashboards for the Commercial Mortgage department. This will include tasks to direct, develop, and perform complex data engineering and business intelligence analysis required of these efforts while effectively project planning, communicating findings, and providing recommendations to management. They will analyze and own business process changes, data integrity success metrics, and reporting required for business intelligence and quality assurance.

What you'll be doing
* Develops and maintains business intelligence dashboards (Microsoft Power
BI) to meet the demands of the CML team, including:
* Tracking of new investment volume and attributes,
* CML Portfolio Analytics,
* Integration with broader Investment Management reporting framework,
* Reporting of progress and insights against Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA), and
* Internal and external partners (e.g. earnings, rating agencies, industry groups).
* Enter the department as a Consultant, gaining full appreciation of peer members' duties and constraints, as well as vision, goals, and direction of the organization.
* Responsible and accountable for data accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
* Serve as the Data Steward for all commercial real estate investments of Lincoln Financial - including internally managed assets and those managed by third parties.
* Educates and mentors both team members and business partners on Business Intelligence concepts and best practices.
* Communicates regularly with team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements, execute projects, and champion business analytics.
What we're looking for
Education
* Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or other quantitative major or work experiences with building and maintaining Power
BI and Tableau reports in lieu of degree.
Experience
* 3-5 Years' experience of data analytics and/or reporting experience including development of user interfaces/dashboards in Power
BI (Required) and Tableau (Preferred)
* Experience with SQL (Preferred)
* Financial services, real estate and/or asset management experience (Preferred)
* Experience in building adoption of AI tools, such as CoPilot search and CoPilot 365 (Required)
