Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $41/hr
Work Schedule: Onsite – minimum 4 days/week, 8 hours/day (Uptown Charlotte)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Consultant to support moderately complex commercial lending initiatives. This role focuses on loan booking, funding, and closing coordination under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with commercial loan systems.
ResponsibilitiesPerform commercial loan closing activities including loan booking and funding
Review, analyze, and resolve moderately complex commercial loan closing issues
Coordinate closing documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict funding and closing deadlines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
Utilize multiple systems and tools to research, validate, and process loan data
Communicate clearly and effectively with partners to resolve issues and drive deliverables
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience
, or equivalent experience in commercial lending operationsProven experience with loan booking and funding under tight deadlines
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness and ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Loan IQ (LIQ) and/or nCinoFamiliarity with commercial real estate or complex commercial loan structures
Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
