Job Overview:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.

This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

* Build, refine, and maintain AI prompt libraries to support Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) holistic processes.

* Use prompt-driven workflows to perform quality assurance.

* Integrate AI-enabled checks into procedure updates, highlighting gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements.

* Partner with analysts and leaders to embed prompt-assisted workflows into day-to-day operations.

* Train team members on effective and responsible use of approved prompts.

Qualifications:

* 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

* 5+ years of financial services industry experience.

* Demonstrated expertise in designing and applying generative AI prompts to support operational or review processes within Financial Services.

* Strong technical writing, analytical, and documentation skills.

* Experience building prompt libraries or implementing AI-driven QA processes.

* Familiarity with Financial Crimes, AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or related fields.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
