Finance Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC (In-Office, 5 Days/Week)

Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 annually

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a fast-growing, founder-led company providing essential services to multifamily communities across the country. We're looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Charlotte office team and play a key role in managing working capital, cash flow and supporting continued growth.

This is an in-person role for someone who is organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. You'll work closely with leadership and have real visibility and impact as the company scales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable for a growing portfolio of clients
• Deposit and track incoming checks accurately and on time
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations
• Handle collections via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships
• Follow up on past-due invoices and document all outreach
• Maintain clean, accurate records and support month-end reporting
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to resolve billing issues efficiently
• Misc. Tasks and Special Projects on an as-needed basis

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, and miscellaneous finance support
• Comfortable making collection calls and sending follow-up emails
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work in-office Monday–Friday
• Clear, confident communicator who can be firm but professional
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
